I hadnβt been to the dentist in a while and was worried seeing a dentist they would lecture me and make me feel bad. Dr Jain was SO sweet!! Did not make me feel bad what so ever and thoroughly explained everything!!! I go back next week for a cavity fill!

I never leave reviews, let alone bad ones, but this feels necessary. I was seeing Dr. Clark for 10+ years, regularly getting my cleanings every 6 months, a few cavities over the years - with 0 issues. He was great. The worst part of my fillings with him was the numbing shots. I recently visited fuller smiles for a cleaning/x-ray after Dr. Clark retired (about 8 months after my last cleaning mind you.) I saw Dr. Bhakti Jain, and she surprisingly told me I had 6 cavities, which was shocking since I have not had any since 2021. I booked two appointments to get them filled, as I had 3 on one side, and 3 on the other. I had the first appointment today, and it was hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a dental appointment. First, she said she would begin without any anesthesia/numbing. Obviously, when she started drilling, I was in significant pain. So, she began introducing the numbing shots. After I started to get numb, she went back in, I was not numb. I kept feeling like she was hitting a nerve. She then started the nitrous gas because at this point I was in tears. She continued to fill the 2 fillings (took an hour, which is the longest iβve ever dealt with), and I kep

I just left this dental office after one of the most horrific experiences Iβve ever had at a dentistβ¦ and Iβm someone who normally loves going to the dentist. Today, I literally walked out in tears. To start on a positive note: the woman who checked me in at the front desk was genuinely kind and welcoming. I couldnβt find the office and she didnβt hesitate to come outside and meet me, which I really appreciated. She also sent me the electronic new patient forms and made the check-in process easy. Unfortunately, everything went downhill after that. While I was still filling out my forms, a woman came out and very passively/aggressively tried to take me back for X-rays. It wasnβt clear if she wanted me to go with her or if I should keep finishing the paperwork because she asked the front desk what I was doing, and when they explained I was completing new patient forms, she just said βohβ and stood over me. I had to ask if I was supposed to follow her, and her response felt rude and impatient, as if I was supposed to automatically know what she meant. Then came the X-raysβ¦ which were the most painful X-rays I have ever experienced in my life. Whatever I was biting down on felt lik
